Dezer Development is pleased to announce its exclusive partnership with Bentley Motors to develop the world’s first Bentley-branded luxury residential tower.

Bentley Residences will be designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, known for their work on the Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa. The residences will consist of more than 200 luxury condominiums. The cylindrical tower will stand 749 feet tall and over 60 stories high and will be the tallest residential tower on a beach in the United States.

Bentley’s design team has collaborated with Dezer Development on the exterior and interior of the building. Each residence will include a multi-car garage in the unit, allowing cars to be safely stored adjacent to the apartment.

Bentley residences will feature a private sunken pool with no view obstruction, sauna and outdoor shower. Other amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, movie theater, whiskey bar, restaurant, lounge, cabanas, Dezervator car elevator, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Bentley Residences’ innovative design will offer unique ocean and bay views, thanks to the building’s cylindrical shape and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Construction on Bentley Residences is expected to begin in early 2023. Residences will be approximately 2,700 square feet with a 3-car garage in the unit or 3,000 square feet with a 4-car garage in the unit and a terrace of approximately 1,500 square feet.
